La demanda se rechazó porque el demandante no subsanó las falencias advertidas en el auto inadmisorio.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación concluyó que el recurso impetrado no cumplió con la carga argumentativa requerida para revocar la providencia cuestionada, ya que el actor sólo centró su atención en reiterar argumentos que no fueron aceptados y en manifestar que no compartía la fundamentación que acogió el despacho sustanciador.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ la súplica invocada.
